  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, there is a rent drop box outside the office.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Guests can stay for no longer than 2 weeks.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No, but we do require parking permits.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In the parking lot.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Yes, we provide Extended Basic cable with Charter for $45.00 per month with no hook up fee.
