  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Dogs and cats are allowed.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2 if they weigh no more than 25lbs. combined; or 1 weighing no more than 45lbs.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? The inital pet fee is 1/4 the rent plus $15 per month per pet.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?No, $50 is held for carpet cleaning. The rest is refundable upon meeting move out requirements.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? No.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? None.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? After a one year lease you may go to month to month.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? You contact the Resident Manager and they will contact maintenance.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? On the 1st.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? On the 5th after 5:00 p.m.

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? You may have a guest up to 14 days.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? Each unit has their own garage and driveway.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? I the garage or driveway.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? A satellite dish is permitted on a separate pole next to the unit. It has to be installed by a professional.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Yes.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? No.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? County Courthouse.
