  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Cats and dogs are allowed. All dogs must be 25 lbs. or less and considered a "small" breed.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 1 pet per household.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?The pet deposit is one half of one month's rent. There is no pet rent.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? We automatically retain $50 of the security deposit at move out for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? If you reside in the the apartment for 6 months or more, you are elgible for the buy out option. You would pay a termination fee that is equal to one months rent, and be alleviates of the remaining months of rent.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? We pay for trash service.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?You can call a work order into the office or submit online.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? Rent is due the 1st through the 5th.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? The 6th of the month.

 

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? The drop box at the leasing office.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? A guest can stay up to 2 weeks.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? Regular parking spaces.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes, we require a $500 deposit and no permanent alterations may be made with installing the sateellite.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Yes, we offer a reduced rate on cable which is through Cox and costs $45 a month and is added to your rent.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? You can register to vote at Haysville City Hall located at 200 W. Grand Ave.

 

  • 23. How is your property different from the competition?
