  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Ww allow cats, dogs, birds and fish.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2 and for fish the tank cannot be bigger than 20 gallons.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? Pet deposit is 50% of 1 months rent.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, there is a fee for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? You must pay the buy out fee.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Water, sewer, garbage.  Also cable. 

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? Yes.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Contact the office and we will put in a work order and have someone look at it.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? 1st of each month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?  After the close of business nn the 5th of each month.

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, there is a rent drop box.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Up to 2 weeks.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? The parking lot.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes and there is a $500.00 deposit.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Yes, through Cox Communications.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? Courthouse.

 

  • 23. How is your property different from the competition?
  • Newer apartments.
  • Tax credit apartments are lower priced.
  • Pools, full court indoor basketball gym, and laundry facility.
