  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Dogs (breed restrictions apply), cats, birds, and fish.

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? A $250 pet privilege fee plus a $15 monthly pet fee.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? Yes, less carpet cleaning fee of $50.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? You have the option to buy out your lease after 6 months for a fee equal to 1 months rent.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Water, sewage, and trash removal.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? We will lease 6 months on a case by case basis.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Call the office

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? Rent is due on the 1st.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? The 6th

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes, through rentpayment.com.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? There is a drop box at the office door.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Anyone who will reside with you longer than 30 days must complete the application and credit/criminal screen.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? We can accommodate a motorcycle on premises however we are not responsible for any damages.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? No

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes, however it must be installed inside your apartment or on a patio.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Yes, mediacom services the complex.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes, packages can be held.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? The county courthouse.

 

  • 23. How is your property different from the competition?
  • We allow pets.
  • We offer a large, park-like outdoor area.
  • We are close to schools.
