  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? We only allow pets with Resonable Accommodations forms completed by healthcare provider.

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 1 and only ifthey have the proper paperwork from healthcare provider.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? No.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, there is a fee for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? We require a 1 year lease.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? water, sewage, and garbage.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Contact the office by phone or email. Also, www.perryreid.com/meadowridge

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? 1st of each month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? On the 5th of each month.

 

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, there is a rent drop box.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? A guest staying longer than 12 days throughout the year will be considered a resident and will need to be added to the lease.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? The parking lot or garage rentals.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes but it must be installed in the preapproved areas.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Yes, through Cable One.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? Madison County Courthouse.
