  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? This lease does not contain an early termination or lease buy out option. You are responsible for all rental payments and obligations of your lease for the entire term of the lease.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Water, sewer, gas, and garbage.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?Report all maintenance to the office.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? The 1st of each month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? After the 5th.

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes, you can call Rent Payment at 1-866-289-5977.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? In the rent drop box by the mailboxes.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Guests in your apartment are limited to a two week visit. Visitors longer than two weeks will result in a violation of your lease and possible eviction.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? We have 140 parking spaces and require parking permits.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In the parking lot.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes, they need to be added to the lease if they are going to be living with you.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? We have Charter Communication service.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Charter Communication for $35.00 per month.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes
