Philip Perry is the CEO of Perry Reid Properties - Management. In addition, he also serves as the CEO and President of Perry Associates, Inc. and Perry Reid Properties- Development. Phil has been actively involved in the development and management of multifamily housing properties since 1984. His experience has ranged from historic renovations; to Section 42 tax-credit apartments; to his current efforts in high end Mansion style properties. Phil has currently developed and manages over 30 properties in more than 21 different communities across a three state area including Nebraska, Kansas and Iowa.

Craig Reid is President of Perry Reid Properties and has worked in the property management profession since 1992. His experience has ranged from maintenance to leasing to site management. He specializes in new construction and rehabilitation of existing properties. In 1999 he joined Associated Management, known today as Perry Reid Properties – Management, to become President of the Property Management division. He attended the University of Nebraska and holds a Nebraska Real Estate License in addition to multiple certifications for real estate management courses.

Angie Mahar is Corporate Controller. She joined Associated Management/Perry Reid Properties - Management in 2000 and is responsible for all financial aspects of managed properties including examination of monthly financial statements, lender and investor relations and oversight of the Accounting Department. Ms. Mahar was employed with a public accounting firm for several years before joining the Associated Management staff and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
