  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Small dogs, cats with a combined maximum weight of 45 lbs.  Some breed restrictions.  Birds, and fish also accepted.    

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2 with a total weight of 45 lbs for and cats.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? 25 % of one months rent is a non-refundable deposit plus $15 per month per pet.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, there is a $50 fee for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? No early buy outs.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? None.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months for th first year. After second year you sign a new lease or go month to month.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Contact the office and we will put in a work order and have someone look at it.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? 1st of each month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? On the 5th of each month.

 

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, there is a rent drop box.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Up to 2 weeks.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? The parking lot.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? No.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? No, just hook ups.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? Contact office.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? Adams County Courthouse.
