  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Cats, dogs and fish. No exotic animals.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 1 dog or 2 cats.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? A one-time non-refundable deposit of $250.  Plus $15.00 pet fee, per pet per month.

 

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, $50 is kept for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? No

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Water, sewage, and trash.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Call the office or managers home/cell.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? 1st of the month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? 6th of the month.

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, a drop box.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?No longer than 2 weeks.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In the parking lot but it must be driven regularly.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? No.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? No.

 

  • 19. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 20. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? Yes.

  • Manager personally answers phone 24 hours a day.
