  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Cats, dogs, birds, and fish.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? $150 non-refundable fee for a cat or small dog and $300 for a large dog. There is a monthly rent of $15 for small pets and $30 for large pets.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, $90 is kept for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? No. There is an option called Re-Letting in which you pay a $1000 re-letting fee, and pay rent and utilities until we can re-rent the apartment.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Trash removal.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? Corporate/furnished unit lease terms start at 3, 6, 9, and 12 month leases.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? Yes, for our furnished corporate apartments we allow 3 month minimum lease term and they go month to month after that. 

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Contact the office at 515-226-2100.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? 1st of each month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? On the 6th of each month.

 

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, there is a rent drop box.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Up to 2 weeks.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No but you can rent a garage.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? The parking lot or rent a garage.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? No.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? Yes. We use ICS and Direct TV.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? Polk County Auditor's Office.

 

  • 23. How is your property different from the competition?
  • Great appearance and staff.
