  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Cats, dogs, fish, and no exotic pets.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? Maximum of 2 per apartment.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? The pet fee is one half of one months rent and is due at the time of move in.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, $50 is kept for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? There is an early termination fee of one month's rent for breaking the lease.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? None.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Contact the property manager by phone, email, or written request.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? The 5th of each month.
  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes, through rentpayment.com.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, place payment in envelope provided outside of office door and slide through mail slot. Payments are picked up each day.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Guests may stay 2 weeks with management approval.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? There is one assigned spot for each apartment. All others and visitors must park in the middle area of the parking lot.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? Only in your assigned spot or the extra spaces in the middle of the parking lot.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? No.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? The resident must pay for cable through a local provider.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes, if the manager is given permission.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? At the local court house.

 

  • 23. How is your property different from the competition?
  • It is quiet, safe, and family friendly.
