  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Cats, dogs, fish, and birds.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2, both must be under 25 lbs.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? A non-refundable security deposit of 1/4 of one months rent. There is also an additional $15 fee per pet per month.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? As much as $150 and $50 is kept for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Sewer amd water.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Call the office or stop by.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? 1st through the 5th.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? 5:00 p.m. on the 5th.

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes, but there will be a transaction fee.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? 14 days in a row or 60 days in a year.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No, parking is first come first serve.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In the parking lot.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? Yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes, if you keep it in thee confines of your own patio/balcony.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services?Yes, we are with Charter Communications.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? Check with the courthouse.

 

  • 23. How is your property different from the competition?
