  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Dogs, cats, birds, and fish. Maximum weight is 30 lbs. each.  Some breed restrictions. 

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2.

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? We require a non-refundable pet fee which is 25% of the monthly rent and an additional $15 per pet, per month.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, $50 is automatically deducted for carpet cleaning.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? No.

 

  • 6. What utilities are included in my lease? Heat, water, sewer, and trash.

 

  • 7. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 8. Do you accept leases for short terms? After the first 12 month lease is up, we can negotiate a shorter lease term or the resident can use our month to month option.

 

  • 9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Call the office to set up a work order form.

 

  • 10. When is my rent payment due? The 1st of each month.

 

  • 11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?The 5th of the month.

 

  • 12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes.

 

  • 13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes.

 

  • 14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Guests can stay up to 14 days.

 

  • 15. Do you have reserved parking? No, parking is unassigned and off-street.

 

  • 16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? You can park it i nthe parking lot or rent a garage.

 

  • 17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? yes.

 

  • 18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes but with exceptions.

 

  • 19. Do you have cable services? yes.

 

  • 20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? Yes.

 

  • 21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers? No.

 

  • 22. Where do I register to Vote? You can register to vote at Appanoose County Courthouse.

 

  • 23. How is your property different from the competition?
  • We have on site laundry.
  • We have a private playground that has a clubhouse and swingset as well as picnic tables and bar-b-que grills.
  • Has a beautiful view of nature.
