  • 1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets? Dogs and cats, some breed restrictions.  No exotic pets.

 

  • 2. How many pets may I have? 2

 

  • 3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? A deposit of 1/4 the rent and monthly fee of $15 per month, per pet.

 

  • 4. Is my security deposit totally refundable? No, $50 is witheld for carpet cleaning. The rest is refundable if the apartment is left in good condition.

 

  • 5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease? After 6 months, you have to pay a termination fee which is one months rent.

 

  • 6. How long is the term of the lease? 12 months.

 

  • 7. Do you accept leases for short terms? No.

 

  • 8. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Report it to the apartment manager.

 

  • 9. When is my rent payment due? Rent is due on the 1st.

 

  • 10. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? The 6th of the month.

 

  • 11. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank? Yes, through rent.com

 

  • 12. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, there are two drop boxes.

 

  • 13. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease? Visitors for no longer than 2 weeks.

 

  • 14. Do you have reserved parking? No

 

  • 15. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it? In the parkig lot or purchase a garage for $40 a month.

 

  • 16. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive? When doin gyour application, it would be noted.

 

  • 17. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment? Yes, see apartment manager.

 

  • 18. Do you have cable services? There are several options for you to choose from.

 

  • 19. Will you accept my delivery packages for me? No.

  • 21. Where do I register to Vote? The city office.
